The fact that it’s mine! This is my first experience being out on my own and I am in love with having my own space.

What surprised you most about the home buying process?
I was surprised most by how little I knew about the home buying process. It was quite a bit more complicated then I had imagined. However, Joel did a wonderful job of educating me and making sure I felt informed along the way.
What advice would you give to someone who was thinking about working with Joel?
DO IT!
