APPRAISER CE – Pull Comps Skills Assessment Part 2 (2 Hrs CE)

Come see how your comps stack up to your peers. Are you inline with your peers or way off in left field?
ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A LAPTOP!!!! – NOT OPTIONAL
In this course all Appraisers will be shown 4 properties. After seeing each property every appraiser will select 3 comps and submit them. All comps will be tallied and appraisers will see how they stack up against their peers. This is a real live gut check for appraisers to see if they are inline with their peers. There will be some heroes and for sure some zeroes.
Joel Frost will moderate the discussion. This is a LIVE, IN-PERSON class. No remote option available.
